ONLINE SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Online Shop Returns & Exchanges

  • You can either call us on +61 3 8652 5444 to arrange a time to visit us in person OR post the item in a secure package at your own expense with the following:
    – Receipt/order confirmation
    – Reason for returning
    – Your contact details
  • You must return your item within 14 days of receiving goods in the following condition:
    – You have yet to wear or wash your gear
    – That any tags are still attached
    – That the hygienic liner is still within any swimwear or underwear
  • Items that cannot be returned:
    – Teamwear
    – Sales Items
    – Drink Bottles
    – Headwear 
  • PROJECT clothing does not take responsibility for any returned items that do not reach us.
  • Once we have received the returned products, exchanges / repairs will be processed within standard timeframes.

Online Shop Ordering, Payment & Delivery

  • Your order will be processed upon payment confirmation. We cannot make changes to your order once it is placed.
  • Payment options include credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express – fees apply)
  • The site www.projectclothing.com.au is in Australian dollars (AUD currency)
  • Standard delivery takes 2 – 5 business days from the day it is processed by our warehouse. In some remote locations this can take up to 10 business days. World Masters Games and Challenge Global items are sent from our International Warehouse which is centrally located  for international customers and will take 7-14 business days to be delivered.
  • Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only.
  • When your order leaves our warehouse we cannot control the delivery date and delays that may be experienced by external parties.
  • If the goods are redirected, you will be liable for all redirection costs.

TEAMWEAR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Teamwear Returns & Exchange

  • As our teamwear range is custom-made we cannot exchange because they do not fit or are not suitable. It’s important to ensure you are happy with the artwork, fit and style prior to signing off.
  • We will however return a faulty item. You can either call us on +61 3 8652 5444 to arrange a time to visit us in person OR post the item in a secure package at your own expense with the following:
    – Receipt/order confirmation
    – Reason for returning
    – Your contact details
  • PROJECT clothing does not take responsibility for any returned items that do not reach us.
  • Faulty returns must be made within 30 days of receiving goods and must not have been worn or washed with any tags still attached.
  • Outside of this timeframe we provide a manufacturer 12 month warranty for faults (faults not deemed to be normal wear and tear usage). Faulty goods that can be repaired will be repaired at the manufacturers cost / if repair is not possible and replacement is deemed appropriate new garments will be ordered as replacement. Refunds will not be given.
  • PROJECT clothing reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken. If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for review.
  • Once we have received the returned products, exchanges / repairs, these will be processed within standard production guidelines (although we will prioritise your order as we know you need it asap)

Teamwear Samples

  • Samples are available for sizing purposes. Samples are sent with a credit card deposit and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in good condition.
  • Samples not returned during your order timeframe will be presumed purchased and the appropriate cost will be billed to you.
  • Samples returned either used or damaged will be billed to you.
  • Samples are not provided for “wear” testing they are provided for fitting only.

Teamwear Amendments

  • When final artwork is signed off, the design or order amendments may not be accepted after this date.
  • Once your order has been placed and confirmed, any additions, changes or any other alterations to the order will be accepted at the discretion of PROJECT clothing.
  • Any changes allowed beyond the approval may come at a cost to the client.

Teamwear Postage & Delivery

  • Your gear will be delivered during normal business hours and need to be addressed to an address where someone is available to receive them between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will inform you when orders are being dispatched.
  • Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
  • If the goods are redirected, the client will be liable for all redirection costs.

Teamwear Logo Placement

  • The manufacturer’s logo will appear on all garments.
